A nonprofit organization protecting the natural
heritage and rural character of the Greater
Livingston County Area

Welcome to the Livingston Land Conservancy! The Livingston Land Conservancy works with landowners and communities to protect open space within this southeastern county of Michigan.

The Livingston County area is blessed with a rich diversity of natural features. Fifty major lakes and a network of wetlands provide a resource of immeasurable value. Add to this a wide variety of forests and farmlands abundant with wildlife.

Join us Friday, October 17, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. for the 5th annual Land on the Horizon fundraiser at Lakelands Golf & Country Club in Brighton.  The cost is $55 per person.  Land on the Horizon has been an important event for raising needed monies for our Land Acquisition and Stewardship Fund.  Besides that, it is a really fun and entertaining evening! There will be delicious food and beverages, plus a cash bar.  Entertainment for the event will be the Joe Summers Gypsy Jazz Trio along with silent and live auctions.  Auction items range from framed artwork, tickets to sporting events, autographed sports memorabilia, certificates to excellent restaurants such as The Earle in Ann Arbor to bird feeders, wine, and golf outings plus much more.

Please join us: Help us to protect this natural beauty by becoming a member of the Livingston Land Conservancy.
Volunteer: The Conservancy is always in need of volunteers - even to visit and photograph beautiful landscapes.
